Director Madhur Bhandarkar shared the first look and tweeted: 'Scintillating & beautiful Kareena in her HalkatJawani look on the sets of Heroine.'
Halkat Jawani is sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and choreographed by Ganesh Acharya. Her costume has been designed by favourite designer Manish Malhotra.
Dressed in a fuschia sari and black choli, Kareena's look reminds us of Katrina Kaif's turn in Chikni Chameli.

Amitabh Bachchan, Arjun Rampal to give IIFA a miss
Amitabh Bachchan tweeted that he will not be attending the ongoing 13th International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) in Singapore.
Arjun Rampal will also give it a miss, as he is busy shooting for Chakravayuh. 'Another day done,5 days to wrap up filming Chakravayuh, amazing experience, rained heavy today,temp drops to 20 degrees. Want to see my kids. Will be missing IFFA in Singapore, as still filming, wish the wizcraft team all the very best. A big shout out to all of you in Singapore,' he wrote.
Jackky Bhagnani is also busy shooting. 'Willl be missing IIFA this year as im shootin in Italy but a big shoutout to all d. People in Singapore,' he tweeted.
Shah Rukh Khan and Saif Ali Khan are also reported to give IIFA a miss this year.

Lara Dutta claimed she was the happiest and proudest wife after her husband Mahesh Bhupathi and Sania Mirza won the mixed doubles title at the French Open.
