If the rumour mills are to be believed, actor Chiranjeevi Sarja will be playing a pizza delivery boy in the Kannada remake of the hit Tamil thriller Pizza.

The remake rights of the film have been bought by director Prashant Raj of Love Guru and Gaana Bajana fame. It is still not clear if Raj will be directing the film or will restrict himself to being the producer this time.

Guruprasad will be writing the dialogues. Joshua Sridhar, who has composed music for Raj's earlier films, will do so this time as well. The hunt for the leading lady is still on.

The original Pizza, directed by Karthik Subbaraj, focussed on scary incidents that take place in the lives of a pizza delivery boy and his wife, who is a horror-fiction writer. Vijay Sethupathi and Remya Nambeesan played the lead roles.
