Three new Malayalam films will hit the screens today (June 28).  Here is a closer look at the three films.

Paisa Paisa

Director: Prasanth Murali

Cast: Indrajith, Mamta Mohandas, Aju Varghese

Prasanth Murali, who is also a noted ad filmmaker, says of his film: "The film takes place within a duration of three hours at two different places, Kochi and Chennai.

"Balu (Aju Varghese) has gone to Chennai for an interview, and after some unprecedented happenings, is in need of some money. He calls up his friend Kishore (Indrajith), who is going through a tumultuous marriage with wife Surya (Mamta Mohandas).

"The two friends try to get the money and the film is about their struggle."

Paisa Paisa is produced under the banner of Celebs and Red Carpets by Raj Zacharias. The film has been scripted by Rajesh Varma. Kishore Mani is the cinematographer and Aby Salvin is the music director.

God for Sale: Daivam Vilpanakku

Director: Babu Janardhanan

Cast: Kunchacko Boban, Anumol, Jyothi Krishna

Scenarist and director Babu Janardhanan is back with God for Sale: Daivam Vilpanakku.

The film takes a satirical look at fake god men who sell religion for money, fame and power. Kunchacko Boban tries out a couple of new looks that are completely different from his usual.

God for Sale is produced by Saleem P T. Cinematography is by Sinu Sidharth and Pramod Pappan. The music director is Afzal Yusuf.


Ayaal

Director: Suresh Unnithan

Cast: Lal, Lakshmi Sharma, Lena, Iniya

Produced under the banner of Elements Vision and Sea Shell Movies, Suresh Unnithan's Ayaal takes a closer look at intense human relationships.

Lal plays the male lead, Gurudasan, who has two wives, Janaki (Lakshmi Sharma) and Chakara (Iniya). He then falls for another woman called Devaki Antharjanam (Lena), the wife of the village landlord.

Ayaal has been scripted by Dr K Ambady. The cinematographer is Sujith Vasudev and the music composers are Mohan Sithara, Somasekharan Unnithan and M G Anil.
