Bollywood calls for dry Holi

Here's what your favourite Bollywood celebrities are tweeting.

In the wake of the drought situation in Maharashtra, Bollywood stars are celebrating Holi without water and they have urged their fans to do the same this year. Here's what they've tweeted:

Shekhar Kapur: '80% Indians have just half a bucket of clean water/day 2 cook food for d whole family. Are u really going to waste that playing Holi? People believe water that flows in their taps belongs to them,Try n find out where it comes from n u will know u r stealing it frm d thirsty.'

Richa Chadda: 'Happy Holi. Let's use water sensibly this time! And then find a real fix to the problem. #rainwaterharvesting'

Amitabh Bachchan: 'water is secular! if it brings people closer as one, it is not wasted..In Maharashtra though we play 'dry' holi tom'

Shabana Azmi: 'In kpng with tradition started by Abba celebrating holi tmrw with organic colours and no water bcoz of Maharastra drought.'

Sofia Hayat: 'pls do not play holi with water this year, think of those who are without water, it would be a huge shame to do so and a dishonor.'

Payal Rohtagi is playing a dry Holi this year. The starlet shared a picture of her in Holi colours (above) to spread the message. She shared another picture of herself with boyfriend Sangram and tweeted: 'Happy Holi trends for today.'

Amitabh Bachchan likes Zanjeer's trailer

Amitabh Bachchan might have said no for a cameo in Apoorva Lakhia's remake of Zanjeer but he has tweeted wishes for the entire team and has praised its trailer.

'Apoorva Lakhia shows me the trailer of 'Zanjeer' remake .. smashing stuff .. all good wishes to the team cast and crew.' Bachchan tweeted.

Apoorva replied: 'thank you for the kind words sir, hope to make u proud.'

The film stars Priyanka Chopra, Ram Charan Teja in lead roles.

Saif Ali Khan goes blonde for Go Goa Gone

The first look of Go Goa Gone is out. Saif Ali Khan, who plays a zombie hunter in the film, is seen sporting blonde hair and innumerable tattoos.

His co-star form the film Vir Das shared the poster and wrote: 'So India's first ZombieComedy is on its way. Here is the poster for GOGOAGONE.'

Priyanka Chopra meets Christian Louboutin

Priyanka Chopra, who recently walked the ramp for Manish Malhotra at the ongoing Mumbai fashion week, met designer Christian Louboutin.
