Deepika, Rekha, Sridevi, Priyanka: Stars at Ram-Leela screening

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's opulent Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela, that opened in theatres today, was screened for a select few Bollywood stars at PVR in Juhu, a western Mumbai suburb, and the turnout was formidable to say the least.

Deepika Padukone, who played the perfect hostess (pictures inside), looked refreshing in her Alice+Olivia maxi and colour-blocked earrings.

The lovely actress was spotted escorting Poonam Sinha and Rekha to the show.

Deepika also planted a kiss on Sanjay Leela Bhansali's mother as she arrived with the director and costar Ranveer Singh.

Priyanka Chopra, who appears in an item number in the film, was rather conservatively dressed for the occasion.

Actress Richa Chaddha, who plays a small but significant character in the film, looked glamorous in her Pankaj and Nidhi suit.

Manisha Koirala put in a rare appearance.

Sridevi was quite a sight in her pink Stella McCartney jumpsuit as she arrived with husband Boney Kapoor.

Rishi and Neetu Kapoor arrive for the screening.

The star couple's son Ranbir Kapoor made his acting debut with Bhansali's Saawariya opposite Sonam Kapoor in 2007.

Seasoned actor couple Pankaj Kapur and Supriya Pathak were also spotted.

Supriya plays Leela's fiery mother in the film.

Goldie Behl arrived with actress wife Sonali Bendre and his mother.

Bhansali's sister Bela Sehgal, who turned director with Farah Khan and Boman Irani starrer Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi last year, turned up in support.

Heroine director Madhur Bhandarkar and his wife Renu, photographed ahead of the screening.

After cheering for Sachin Tendulkar at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai earlier in the day, director Ashutosh Gowariker proceeded to catch the Ram-Leela screening with wife Sunita.

Veteran lyricist Javed Akhtar, who is reportedly set to make a comeback as a scriptwriter, was also at the screening.
