Here's who television stars think should become India's next Prime Minister.

Will Narendra Modi become the next Prime Minister of India?

He has a very good chance, if these television stars have their way.

Here's looking at the netas these stars will vote for this month.

Rashmi Desai, of Uttaran fame

Narendra Modi fits the bill.

He has done wonders with Gujarat. I visit Ahmedabad often and I think it's quite a developed city.

He seems to be the ideal candidate for the job.

India's issues like roads, pollution and cost of living need to be addressed.

As long as the common man's interests are taken care of, everyone should be happy.

The entertainment tax should be reduced too.

Please .

I will support Narendra Modi.

He is an awesome politician.

He makes firm decisions.

Gujarat's development story speaks volumes about him and his work.

He will be the perfect prime minister.

I think he should definitely reduce entertainment tax.

Films is the most common form of entertainment the common man indulges in.

'I would prefer a moderate thinker like Nitish Kumar or even Shivraj Chauhan'

My favourite politician has to be Narendra Modi for the unprecedented hype, hoopla and illusion he has created.

His ad campaigns and radio spots give the impression that the day after he's sworn in, prices will fall and inflation will be under control.

Personally, I would prefer a moderate thinker like Nitish Kumar or even Shivraj Chauhan (Madhya Pradesh chief minister) as PM.

They are not hardliners.

My favourite politician is Raj Thackeray.

His personality is amazing and his speech is lethal.

If Narendra Modi becomes the next prime minister, India will have a hope for change with his focused ideals and no-nonsense attitude.

What India needs right now is a corruption-free leader.

'Everybody is talking about Narendra Modi'

Shashank Vyas, of Balika Vadhu fame

Everybody is talking about Narendra Modi.

He may be popular among the masses but I am not here to promote any particular party.

Actions speak louder than words.

He has changed changed Gujarat and he'll do the same for the country if he's given a chance.

He seems to be the right person for the job.

'Narendra Modi has the charisma of a true leader'

Vivian Dsena, of Madhubala: Ek Ishq Ek Junoon fame

Narendra Modi is a clear favourite.

He has worked wonders with Gujarat.

He has the charisma of a true leader.

He should be be the next prime minister.

He will revolutionise the country for sure.

TV industry should be taken more seriously and it provides employment to thousands of people.
