Kangna Ranaut has done it again.

After a trailblazing turn as the riotously funny and heartwarming Rani and co-dialogue writer in Vikas Bahl's Queen, the 27-year-old stunner delivered yet another comedy caper worth its salt with Revolver Rani.

Often accused of playing a certain kind of characters, Kangna sure is mixing things up a bit and it's fun to watch!

As the bumbling heroine of Vikas Bahl's uproariously funny Queen, Kangna's Rani is all kinds of relatable and awesome.

Her journey from helpless Delhi girl to a self assured, independent spirit touched a chord.

The actress made for a stunning mutant in Rakesh Roshan's superhero extravaganza Krrish 3.

She also managed to be noticed in a film franchise that is mostly all about Hrithik Roshan and everything he can do on screen.

Milan Luthria's 2010 surprise hit Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai may have belonged to Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi as the male protagonists.

But despite being surrounded by two formidable characters and costars including Randeep Hooda and Prachi Desai, Kangna made her presence felt as the gangster's moll.

Joining the cast of Raaz 2, the 2009 supernatural horror film directed by Mohit Suri, Kangna delivered yet another hit with Emraan Hashmi as her costar.

But was her performance in the film at par with her other celluloid turns?

Madhur Bhandarkar's National award-winning Fashion came at a time when Kangna was, more or less, typecast as the actress who played troubled characters with admirable aplomb.

Having said that, while the film's protagonist was Priyanka Chopra and Kangna was playing a role we'd seen her in before, she came out aces in the end.

In Anurag Basu's well-received Life In A... Metro, Kangna's turn as a young city girl climbing up the corporate ladder, thanks to her clandestine affair with her married boss, made an impact in a film crowded with fine actors like Kay Kay Menon, Irrfan Khan, Dharmendra, Nafisa Ali and Sharman Joshi.

Loosely based on the life of yesteryear actress Parveen Babi, her struggle with schizophrenia and her relationship with filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, Woh Lamhe saw the talented actress delivery a layered performance in just her second film.

In her debut film, Kangna Ranaut truly was a revelation as a misguided bar dancer who falls for the charms of an undercover cop.

Her retrained performance was widely lauded.
