Priyanka Chopra recently released the music video of her latest single I Can't Make You Love Me in New York. The song is a cover of Bonnie Raitt’s 1991 hit. 

Thanking her fans, she wrote: 'It's been a wonderful night.. Thank you everyone for supporting #ICantMakeYouLoveMe ... Blessed.'

She shared a picture with American rapper Nick Cannon and tweeted, 'Thank u @NickCannon for coming to support me.. Ure an awesome friend.'

Mira Nair starts shooting for new film

Critically-acclaimed filmmaker Mira Nair has started shooting for next film titled Nafas

'First day of shooting our new film tomorrow - NAFAS - "breath" in arabic - duaaas most welcome. this one is for my friend gabriel auer,' Nair posted.

Meanwhile, her short film Words with God will premiere at the Venice Film Festival in August.

'My new film w Kusturica, Hector Babenco, Arriaga - Words with Gods - premieres @Venice FFest2014. starring @RichaChadda @ramkapoor1973, Tanuja!' she wrote.

Anupam Kher and Anil Kapoor recently went to see Woody Allen perform live at a club in New York.

Anupam Kher shared a picture of them together (above) and tweeted: 'Most inspiring moment of mine & @AnilKapoor's life to watch Woody Ellen play clarinet live at @thecarlylehotel, NY.:)'  

Allen plays the clarinet with the Eddy Davis New Orleans Jazz Band.
