Shabana Azmi remembers Farooq Sheikh

Veteran actress Shabana Azmi, who acted in films like Lorie, Ek Pal, and Anjuman opposite Farooque Sheikh, remembered him on his 66th birth anniversary today, March 25.

'Farooque Shaikh would have turned 66 today.IPTA is holding a screening of Sagar Sarhadi's Bazaar in his memory. My thoughts with his family,' Azmi tweeted.

She also remembered Boney Kapoor's first wife and added: 'Remembering Mona Kapoor who left us on this day 2 years ago.Arjun and Anshula are doing so well you would be very proud of them as are we.'

Kagana Ranaut's latest film Queen is going steady at the box office and garnering quite a few glowing reviews.

Filmmaker Shekhar Kapur feels the film will join the Rs 100 crore club.

He tweeted: 'As #Queen heads 2 a 100cr box office, girls r redefining theatrical bussiness in India. Well done kangana n @HaydonLisa #girlpower Yes!!' he tweeted.

Meanwhile, actress Neha Dhupia, who recently watched the film, showered praises on the team.
