Actors Lisa Haydon and Randeep Hooda were spotted having dinner at a suburban five-star hotel recently, sparking off rumours of the couple dating. But the Queen actress has vehemently denied this.

'What a joke! Randeep and I were introduced half an hr before this picture was taken at a work dinner organised by @blinglive with 2 management members present. Most surprised to see a paparazzi on our way out as there was no other event at the hotel that night....He was obviously tipped off, I certainly have my guesses! How disappointing! I do not "casually date" and if I did it, trust me...it would be somewhere a lot more private than where paparazzi are indiscriminately let through the front door,' the 27-year-old model-turned-actress tweeted.

Hema Malini, who won the Mathura seat for the BJP during the Lok Sabha Elections, is looking forward to attending Narendra Modi's swear-in ceremony in Delhi on May 26.

A R Rahman has collaborated with American rapper will.i.am for his next single titled Birthday.

The club anthem, which features singer Cody Wise, has been inspired by Rahman's 1990 popular track Urvashi Urvashi.

Confirming the news, Rahman tweeted: 'Excited to creatively partner with @iamwill to recreate an early popular track of mine in a new flavor.'

will.i.am replied as saying: 'thank you so much for everything...I can't wait for everyone to hear it...when I go to india you please show me the town.'

Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt turned to Twitter to pay tribute to writer Jay Dixit, who passed away on May 20.

'Jai Dixit my teacher/writer/friend passed away yesterday in Frankfurt. He won the Filmfare Award for my film SIR. ( Best Dialogue Writer),' Bhatt tweeted.

'They say if u would not be forgotten, as soon as you are dead, write things worth reading, or do things worth the writing...Dixit did both!' he added.

Dixit wrote dialogues for films like Criminal (1995) and Kalyug (2005).
