India's teenage tennis sensation Sania Mirza advanced to the singles quarter-finals at the Te Boca Raton Winter Classic ITF Women's World Ranking tournament in Florida, USA.
Sania outplayed Tetiana Luzhanska of Belarus scoring an easy 6-2, 6-0 victory on Friday.
Luzhanska, who had upset fifth seeded Tessy Van De Ven of the Netherlands, ranked 315, in an earlier round on Thursday, found Sania's power too hot to handle.
The Hyderabad lass, teaming up with Natallia Dziamidzenka of Belarus, also stormed into the doubles semi-final with a 6-1, 6-1 victory later in the afternoon overcoming the American pair Beau Jones and Shika Uberoi.
