Anju Bobby George's gold medal winning leap at the Asian Athletics Championship in Incheon, Korea, has lifted her to seventh place in the women's long jump rankings of the International Association of Athletics Federations.
Anju, who claimed gold with a jump of 6.65 metres at the championship on Sunday, climbed two spots in the latest rankings released by IAAF on Monday.
She has also booked a spot at the World Athletics Finals in Monaco scheduled for September 9-10.
