Mandira Bedi flags off I-Day parade in New Jersey

Independence Day came early for those living in the American city of New Jersey, as Mandira Bedi flagged off the India Day Parade on Saturday at Oaktree Road, Edison.

Mandira seems to take her role as grand marshall very seriously as she mingled with other revellers at the event.

Every year the Indian Business Association celebrates Indian Independence in Edison with a colourful parade followed by cultural programmes.
