Kochadaiiyaan
Be its wanting CGI, unintentionally comical DPad or faulty storytelling, there’s nothing except Rajini’s legendary star power to draw one towards the disappointing Kochadaiiyaan.
His die-hard fans are prone to disagree but the megastar deserves a better film to underline his glory.

Abbas-Mastan’s Race wasn’t a clever entertainer but engaged with its amusing, unapologetic cheesiness.
It’s sequel, in its bid to appear cool and sly, goes overboard with its stock of exhausting twists and turns reducing its star-studded cast into cardboard creatures and glamorous props.
Housefull
Sajid Khan’s brand of humour is a celebration of excesses. Where every scene is crammed with too many people, unstoppable chaos and forcefully introduced gags all over the place.
Deepika’s endorses such absurdity, along with Lara Dutta and Jiah Khan, in a seriously skimpy wardrobe.
Desi Boyz
Another bird-brained comedy marking the directorial debut of David Dhawan’s son Rohit, Desi Boyz relies on its stars -- Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Chitrangda Singh and Deepika -- to play the fool.
The only take away from this otherwise disposable flick about two jobless dudes turned gigolos is the catchy Pritam chartbuster -- Subah hona na de.
Lafangey Parindey
Lafangey Parindey is the perfect example of trying to be too many things at once.
Is it about life on the streets of Mumbai? Is it about a blind girl trying to learn skating? Is it an impossible love story between the guilt party and his unsuspecting victim?
By the time its sluggish narrative and unconvincing characters -- a vapid Neil Nitin Mukesh, a dispassionate Deepika -- disclose the answers, the movie has tried the viewer’s patience sufficiently to give a damn.
Break Ke Baad
Young Bollywood’s love for Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai continues to result in half-baked rom-coms with individuality issues. Break Ke Baad falls in this ‘not quite’ category.
Plus, the sibling-like chemistry between Deepika and Imran Khan doesn’t really help the movie, which examines the equation between two people after a relationship goes kaput only to opt for a safe, filmi conclusion.
Chandni Chowk To China
No Deepika Padukone starrer is as berated as the 2009 monstrosity, Chandni Chowk To China. And not just because she’s called Meow Meow in the movie.
Despite its massive publicity and Akshay Kumar’s best efforts to flaunt his martial arts know how and salvage filmmaking at its dumbest, nothing can save the film whose name unfailingly pops every time the subject ‘Worst of Bollywood’ comes up.
