After the runaway success of Dabangg, the Income Tax (I-T) department conducted a survey at actor-producer Arbaaz Khan's office in suburban Bandra, Mumbai."It is just a routine check on the advance tax as Dabangg has collected lot of money," Arbaaz said.
I-T sleuths also conducted checks at Sohail Khan Productions in Bandra on Tuesday night.
However, there was no confirmation of the same from the I-T department about the nature of the visit.
Produced by Arbaaz Khan and directed by director Abhinav Kashyap, Dabangg, an action film features Salman and Sonakshi Sinha, daughter of Shatrughan Sinha, in lead roles.
Dabangg broke all time record at the box office. The movie raked in 47 crore in its opening weekend, exceeding Aamir Khan starrer, 3 Idiots record of 38 crore.
